Lure of Las Vegas Buffets

Many people prefer to eat at the buffets while in Las Vegas since they offer a variety of great food as low prices. For the casinos and resorts, the buffets are a way of luring people to the gaming tables. They figure that if you save money on your food at the buffet then you will feel you have more money to gamble with.
A great benefit to the buffets is the range of options. Some buffets are simple, offering a few entre options and a salad bar. Then on the other hand, there are buffets that offer a large spread of elegant and exotic food from caviar to champagne.
Whenever you decide to vacation in Las Vegas it is well worth your while to visit at least two buffets. While many of the buffets differ in the food, they offer there are a few things they all have in common, such as a carving station, a salad bar, several main courses and side dishes.
One of the more elegant buffets is the one you find at the Bellagio, which feature everything from Kobe beef, venison and buffalo. The best thing about Las Vegas buffets is they rarely feature the typical buffet foods of casseroles, popcorn shrimp and fried chicken.
